In this tragic situation and in any situation it is important to question whether proper force was used or not. From our perspective it looked like Excessive Force.

A non lethal way to disarm a man with a gun (sniper shot)
I will say this situation was prime. The suspect was out in the WIDE Open with only one weapon! Not contained to his vehicle with two weapons. Why show this video when it has NO relevance to your cause. Not the same situation, not the same person, not the same police department, not the same surroundings, possibly not the same background history, or possibly not the same reason for starting the whole thing. Just a thought!

I completely agree with you mommyhood. I would research a little more before you put up videos that really have no relevance towards your argument.
